We are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

This role acts as a bridge between internal users and development teams, combining application support and technical collaboration.

The services shall be performed remotely in Near-site location allowing to reach Luxembourg city within 2 hours.

Responsibilities:

• User guidance and support regarding the use of the tools, including the GUI and the web service
• Assistance with monitoring and reacting to the functional mailbox
• Follow-up of incidents, user requests and bug reports
• Management and follow-up of user requests
• Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
• Guidance regarding the use of eTranslation and its related suite of tools as a service and through the API
• Participation in user, service and project meetings
• Elaboration and implementation of relevant support processes
• Attending technical meetings with users

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge of web services
• Ability to respond to user queries efficiently and fast
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analysis and problem solving skills
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
• Knowledge of web services, java, typescript or python

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• English fluent
