What You'll Do:
Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
Provide legendary customer service — the Ace way!
Help with scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising
Lead by example to train, coach, and inspire team members
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping experience
Assist with achieving sales goals and operational standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail or leadership experience (hardware experience a plus!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
