Job Description
What You'll Do
- Manage LTR (License, Title, Registration) processes, including tracking, documentation, and renewals
- Coordinate distribution of license plates, registration documents, and related compliance materials to the field
- Administer and maintain the fleet rental tracker to monitor rental units, durations, and associated costs
- Assist with work order entry and data management in FMIS
- Serve as backup to the Fleet Supervisor during absences, ensuring continuity of fleet operations
- Provide additional clerical support as needed
