Overview Job Description Commerce is moving and developing at incredible speed, and retail media is becoming one of the most influential drivers in the full media mix. As shoppers shift online and retail platforms evolve into media ecosystems, our clients rely on us to help them stand out, grow, and win. As a Retail Media Campaign Specialist, you will guide some of the world’s most exciting brands across leading retail media platforms such as Amazon, Bol, Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Criteo, and many more. You will be part of a growing, ambitious team that is shaping the future of retail media within Publicis Groupe NL. You will take ownership of campaign excellence, uncover new opportunities, and work closely with our media and commerce teams to deliver full‑funnel activation that drives real business impact. Responsibilities Responsibilities Retail media campaign management: Plan, build, optimize, and evaluate campaigns across Amazon, Bol, AH, Jumbo, Criteo, and other retail media platforms. Budget ownership: Manage budgets responsibly and efficiently to maximize performance and return. Performance & reporting: Monitor results, analyze data, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Opportunity spotting: Identify new tactics, formats, and platform opportunities to help clients stand out and grow. Full‑funnel collaboration: Work closely with our media team to ensure retail media plays a strong role across the entire customer journey. Driving the future of retail media: Collaborate with our retail media team to innovate, experiment, and build the next generation of retail media solutions for Publicis NL. Qualifications Qualifications Experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon, Bol, AH, Jumbo, or Criteo. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. A proactive mindset with a passion for commerce, media, and digital innovation. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights. Curiosity, ambition, and a drive to help shape the future of retail media.
