The Role and What You'll Do:
The Live Event Production Associate Manager supports the planning, logistics, and execution of live events, experiential activations, festivals, brand experiences, and productions. This role works closely with production managers, vendors, clients, venues, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and execution of live events, festivals, and experiential activations
Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and project deliverables
Support communication between clients, vendors, venues, and internal departments
Manage production documents including run-of-show, call sheets, production schedules, and staffing grids
Coordinate travel, lodging, credentialing, shipping, and onsite logistics
Track production budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and expense reporting
Assist with sourcing and managing fabrication, staging, AV, lighting, power, and scenic vendors
Support onsite event operations including load-in, rehearsals, show execution, and strike
Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and client requirements
Maintain organized project files and production documentation
Provide administrative and operational support to senior production leadership
Troubleshoot onsite production issues in fast-paced live environments
You Have These:
0–3 years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, entertainment, or production coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and production management tools
Knowledge of live event production processes, vendors, and logistics
Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required by event schedules
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Communications, or related field preferred
