Job Description
Your tasks will include (but are not limited to): Managing incoming requests from prospects and customers; Detecting the electromobility needs of prospects and customers (@road: multi-energy cards, @work: charging points at the office, @home: charging points at employees' homes). Supporting our customers' energy transition by offering our electromobility solutions (multi-energy cards, charging points, etc.) Manage the entire sales cycle right through to closing (prospecting, advice, offers, negotiations) Managing the completeness of the customer file before handing over to the departments responsible for implementing the customer project Monitor the competition and implement a prospecting strategy. Helping to improve the offering by taking into account the expectations and needs of prospects and customers.
