As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You communicate confidently and enjoy working with our international partners, handling their requests in a competent, committed, and service‑oriented manner. As a true multitasking talent, you actively listen to our partners while working efficiently in relevant systems (e.g. MS Office, SAP) and act as a key interface between our Sales Partners and the responsible DKV departments. You also respond to partner inquiries in writing in a professional, friendly, and solution‑oriented way. Complex requests motivate you — with timely and tailored solutions, you create lasting positive experiences for our partners. You serve as the first point of contact for our Sales Partners and regularly deliver training on process changes and new products. Products requiring explanation, such as Toll, Refund, and eMobility, challenge you and drive you to deliver top performance. With strong commitment, you support our partners every day, acting with high integrity and a strong customer focus in line with our claim “You drive, we care.”
