Essential Duties
Maintains a safe and friendly environment, keeping patron well-being and satisfaction the priority
- Assesses, designs, and supervises exercise program for client according to their limitations and goals.
- Reports to appointments on time and in the proper uniform.
- Provides instruction on proper exercise equipment use and techniques.
- Addresses client concerns and questions involving Fitness Center or programs taking place within the Fitness Center.
- Reports any equipment issues, such as unsafe conditions or maintenance needs, observed during training to the Fitness staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Completes the Personal Training Program (ITP) and/or a Certification through a reputable governing body
- Obtains CPR/AED certification within 30 days of employment
