Job Description
Key responsibilities: Personnel responsibility for the assigned project team Project management including project implementation, controlling, and escalation, as well as the creation and communication of lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle Team development through the assignment of suitable projects and/or project shipments Proactive collaboration with the Operations Team to ensure full understanding and smooth execution of all contractual requirements End-to-end order processing, covering all necessary tasks from customer order placement to file closure (including invoicing) Leading and contributing to strategic tender activities in close coordination with branch management and colleagues, involving regional tender management and other stakeholders (e.g., Global Support Functions) Leading project negotiations and clarification meetings Business and financial controlling for the department and individual projects Customer care and support for existing domestic and international clients, generating new business with existing customers including offer creation and follow-up; collaboration with Global Key Account Management and the national Sales Team Germany Establishing new customer relationships and generating new business within existing structures, including offer creation and follow-up Developing and maintaining efficient and effective process organization; supporting the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure such as CargoWise, PTL, and implementing internal SOPs Ensuring quality across all processes and workflows, and supporting the implementation of the group’s strategic goals Ensuring interaction and collaboration with other deugro offices and departments
