We are growing and seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Circuit Board Hand Solderer to join our manufacturing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for precisely assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet quality standards for our high-tech products. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a steady hand to ensure every connection is strong and reliable. Openings on 1st Shift! Monday - Thursday (5am to 3:30pm) The Hand Solder role is unique for individuals who like to use precision hand tools and soldering components like surface mount and through-hole. Who are we? Manually assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to manufacturing instructions and schematics. Precisely solder components, wires, and other parts to circuit boards, ensuring strong electrical and mechanical connections. Conduct quality inspections of soldered boards for defects, such as bad joints, bridging, or component placement errors. Perform minor rework and repairs on circuit boards as needed. Pull up documentation required to preform work on customer assemblies Operate a variety of equipment as needed to fulfill customer requirements Responsible for the proper handling of product and components Perform work with minimal supervision and instruction Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area. Maintain necessary records Perform other assignments as required
