  • Troubleshoot installation, connectivity, and integration challenges, driving resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with installers, project managers, property engineering teams, and IT departments to ensure successful deployment.

  • Develop and maintain wiring diagrams, installation guidelines, and deployment documentation.
  • Support cloud connectivity, network integration, and system commissioning activities.
  • Assist with integrations between smart building solutions and Building Management Systems (BMS) or Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Monitor deployed systems to ensure optimal HVAC control, automation, and energy-saving performance.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers across Europe and act as a trusted advisor post-installation.
  • Track system performance, analyze operational data, and support customers in achieving energy-saving targets.
  • Build strong relationships with property engineering and operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and future deployments within existing customer sites.
  • Deliver technical training and certification programs for installation partners.
  • Develop best practices, training materials, and deployment standards to ensure installation quality and consistency.
  • Support the growth and engagement of the installer network through training sessions, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Application Engineering, Field Engineering, Technical Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Technical Deployment roles.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building controls, IoT devices, or smart building technologies.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing technical projects, installations, or commissioning activities.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), or cloud-connected technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working within hospitality, student accommodation, residential, or multi-dwelling unit (MDU) environments.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability initiatives, or energy-efficiency technologies.
  • Experience supporting HVAC optimization and smart building automation solutions.
  • Background in installer training, technical enablement, or certification program development.
  • Additional European language skills are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms, remote monitoring systems, or connected building technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and play a critical role in delivering innovative energy management solutions that help customers reduce energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their sustainability goals.
