Guardian Angels Catholic School is seeking a hardworking and dependable Part-Time Facilities Associate to the Maintenance Supervisor to aid in the upkeep, safety, and daily operations of our school�s buildings and grounds. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Maintain school grounds, including landscaping, and minor exterior repairs.
- Set up and take down equipment for school events and activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Ensure classrooms, offices, entryways, and common areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
*Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
