As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Support the review of aftersales processes, operating guidelines, and key service experience practices.
• Improve service experience through strengthening buyer outreach materials, improving content quality, readability, and usefulness; including exploring more engaging content formats, including visual content or AI-generated videos.
• Conduct basic research and benchmarking on support content best practices and user education approaches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support documentation or content updates.
• Support ad hoc projects related to service experience, operational excellence, knowledge management, or content improvement.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information in a clear, structured way.
• Interested in e-commerce, customer experience, operations, content strategy, or knowledge management.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Able to think independently.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in writing, editing, research, operations, consulting, project coordination, or knowledge management.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging content formats.
• Interest in Southeast Asia markets or experience working across regional teams is a plus.
