Job Description
Scope and Purpose
• Manage a broad range of HR operations and liaise with external vendors for monthly payroll preparation, pension and benefits scheme.
• Manage statutory tax filing process; support internal and external audit requests.
• Assist to prepare HR budget, liaise with Head Office for C&B matters especially for expatriates staff.
• Coordinate with APAC branches for global projects launched by Head Office.
• Act as key contact points for global mobility-related issues; handle the arrival and repatriation process for expatriate employees, including working visa application preparation and accommodation arrangement.
• Support the performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Bank policies and procedures to support the strategic direction of the Group.
• Manage staff on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, including background screening, documentation, orientation and liaise with IT and Admin department to ensure the smooth-running of staff onboarding and departure process.
• Work with Compliance Department on staff licensing issues.
• Proper maintenance of staff records, including regular review of staff leave records, personal information and remuneration details.
• Support HR internal and external systems enhancement process when necessary, which may include data migration, user testing and implementation.
• Analyze current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Support strategic projects and tasks as assigned by Head of HR.
Required Experience
6 years of HR experience with solid experience as generalist in financial institutions.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Strong quantitative and data management skills
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and ORSO Schemes, and other Hong Kong Regulatory Compliance.
• Proficient in HRIS and PC Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
