CRM Business Analyst (m/f)

Job Description

  • Work closely with stakeholders across IBD, IT, and international banks to understand business needs and CRM processes
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for development teams
  • Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements
  • Support the rollout and integration of CRM solutions across multiple countries
  • Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives, including campaign automation and process standardisation
  • Coordinate testing, track issues, and support timely resolution with IT and local teams
  • Support project delivery end-to-end—from requirements and planning to go-live and post-implementation support
  • Prepare documentation, use cases, and training materials
  • Deliver training sessions and support users during and after implementation
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities, IT roadmaps, and local initiatives
  • Collaborate in cross-functional and international projects
