Translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for development teams
Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements
Support the rollout and integration of CRM solutions across multiple countries
Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives, including campaign automation and process standardisation
Coordinate testing, track issues, and support timely resolution with IT and local teams
Support project delivery end-to-end—from requirements and planning to go-live and post-implementation support
Prepare documentation, use cases, and training materials
Deliver training sessions and support users during and after implementation
Ensure alignment between business priorities, IT roadmaps, and local initiatives
Collaborate in cross-functional and international projects
