Job Summary
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our clients. Additionally, you’ll provide light companionship, offering clients friendly conversation and emotional support to brighten their day.
- General cleaning of living spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding.
- Changing bed linens and organizing bedrooms.
- Meal preparation and cleanup.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
- Managing household supplies and notifying the Care Coordinator of replenishment needs.
- Providing light companionship, such as chatting, engaging in conversation, or assisting with small tasks to uplift the client’s day.
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor for providing light companionship.
- Ability to follow specific cleaning instructions and maintain high standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and the care team.
- Must have a clear Police Record Check (or willingness to obtain one).
