Job Description
- Lead technical development of integrity management projects, collaborating with global research centers and cross-functional teams
- Design, formulate, and conduct application testing of integrity management products to verify performance and meet customer requirements
- Manage technical service requests independently, from customer engagement through experimentation, analysis, and reporting
- Develop and strengthen Clariant's intellectual property portfolio by preparing patent applications and creating patentable technologies
- Serve as the global technical expert for integrity management innovation, providing support to sales, marketing, and field operations
- Develop and enhance laboratory test methodologies and standard operating procedures based on best practices and continuous improvement
- Monitor competitive landscape including literature, patents, and industry developments in integrity management
- Engage with customers, suppliers, joint industry projects, and present technical findings at conferences
- Provide field technical support when required to ensure successful product implementation
- Ensure adherence to highest safety standards and safe laboratory working practices at all times
