Admissions Support Specialist


 

The Admissions Support Specialist processes applications as they are received and updates the ministry and department databases with all new information. The Clerk is also responsible to provide customer service and administrative support and assist with applicant communications.


 

Maintain Department Records

Accurately transfer information from applications into the ministry and department databases. Make updates to PCCDB and Salesforce with any necessary changes. Maintain and adds parent, church, and high school keys as needed. Merges duplicate account records.

Act as the Certified School Official (DSO)

Communicates and maintains data to report information and paperwork on international students to the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and assists all international students with visa statuses and employment authorization process.

Provide Administrative Support

Assists with research and maintains personal relations between the school and community by contacting other churches and schools. Reviews and corrects information for church and school accounts. Logs and submits payments received for the department. 

Provide Customer Service

Obtains missing information by way of phone, text, and email. Professionally assists at Admissions customer service desk for all student inquiries pertaining to admissions.

Required Education:

PCC degree


 

Work Experience

Required Experience:

1+ years in customer service


 

Physical Requirements and Skills

Answering Telephones, Communication, Microsoft Office, Operate standard office equipment, Stamina to perform typical office functions
