Overview:
Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world, value-driven projects in the following departments, based on their background, skills, and interests as assessed by the hiring managers during the interview process:
- Supply Chain Management Department
Major Accountabilities:
- Providing insights and recommendations to business stakeholders along with an action plan to drive business value
- Organizing and presenting data in a clear, concise manner while anticipating current and future decision points
- Lookout for opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Analyze FG availability, Delivery ability performance review - root cause analysis and corrective action plan
- Perform Demand and Supply gap analysis
- Open to suggest areas for improvement, enhancing the processes to promote efficiency and productivity
- Additional ad-hoc duties on Supply and Demand as assigned
- Support the o9 projects and data validation for process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Undergraduate Student majoring in Supply Chain/ Logistic, Analytics, Computer, Data Science or Statistics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding in demand planning, supply planning and logistic operations
- Basic understanding on MRP/ ERP system (preferably in o9)
