We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations to join our team in Tualatin, OR. This role requires a strong accounting foundation, including understanding debits and credits, preparing journal entries, and partnering closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial results.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Cash Forecasting
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Monitor liquidity and identify potential cash risks or opportunities
Project Cost Tracking
- Track and analyze project costs vs. budget
- Partner with operations to identify variances and cost drivers
- Support profitability analysis at the project level
Corporate Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
- Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations
- Support management reporting and presentation materials
Accounting Support
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with IFRS
- Assist with month-end close processes and account reconciliations
- Partner with accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial data
Financial Analysis
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
- Improve reporting processes and enhance data accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and general ledger processes
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Experience with project-based cost tracking strongly preferred
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and financial statements
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with accounting and operations teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
