Job Description
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods during overnight shifts for morning service.
- Follow established recipes, measurements, and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to meet presentation standards.
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products.
- Assist with inventory of baking ingredients and notify management of shortages.
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight and early morning shifts
