Job Description

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods during overnight shifts for morning service.
  • Follow established recipes, measurements, and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to meet presentation standards.
  • Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Properly store ingredients and finished products.
  • Assist with inventory of baking ingredients and notify management of shortages.
  • Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight and early morning shifts
