Night Monitor/Security Guard/Student Safety
Job Description
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform; begin duty promptly at 22:00.
- Conduct patrols at required intervals; monitor student conduct and safety.
- Report and document incidents in Night Monitor Activity Reports.
- Follow all professional conduct standards; maintain a secure, child-safe environment.
- Participate in investigative reviews when requested.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Good/Intermediate English communication skills.
- Reliable, observant, and capable of professional decision-making.
- Previous experience in security, monitoring, or childcare preferred.
- Right to work in Japan.
This is a contract position; services may be required 2–3 nights per month. Work directly involves children; strict adherence to safety and conduct standards is mandatory.
Salary: ¥15,000 per night
