Your team & responsibilities

By integrating the awesome team of G&A, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative and HR tasks. The role will contribute by providing our team with a nice, comfortable place to work and connect.

Your missions

Manage the office to ensure everything works and does what it should

  • That’s the office space and it’s providers

  • Sorting repairs and organizing maintenance

  • Being responsible of the Office requirements: welcoming visitors, mail, office supplies...

Happiness

  • Keeping our facilities in check

  • Be a member of the party committee

  • Organizing travel and accommodation

  • Help us remember our team member’s birthdays!

HR

  • Onboarding & offboarding new team members with our Talent Acquisition

  • Arrange onboarding/welcome packages

  • Final checkout when offboarding (supplies/feedback/etc)

IT

  • Management of IT equipment & processes

  • Management and preparation of user workstations

Who are we looking for?

You are at the right place if you have

  • Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

This job is a freelance opportunity, part-time : 2 days a week.
