Your team & responsibilities
The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications before they reach our users. This role involves conducting thorough manual testing across all platforms to identify, document, and report defects that could impact functionality or user experience — contributing directly to the delivery of a polished, seamless product at every release.
Your missions
Execute manual tests across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android), covering regression, sanity, exploratory, and other test types
Identify critical and major bugs early in the development cycle and produce clear, structured, reproducible bug reports
Understand and contribute to improving test cases and overall test coverage
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Customer Care, and QA teams on a day-to-day basis
Prioritize testing efforts based on impact, severity, and timelines
Develop a solid understanding of user workflows and business logic to test with context
Who are we looking for?
You are at the right place if you have
Proven experience as a Manual QA Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices
Hands-on experience across the full testing spectrum, including web, mobile (iOS & Android), API testing, and testing on both real devices and emulators
Proficiency in writing clear, structured test cases and test plans
Familiarity with agile and scrum project methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within cross-functional teams
Good level of written and spoken English
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
