*Hybrid Position*
Performs a variety of processing and servicing duties for associated deposit accounts and customer records. Communicating with internal and external customers to achieve established customer servicing and compliance standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upon notification of a deceased customer from internal and external sources; obtain all information necessary to fulfill date of death information requests and required reporting to the State(s) of PA or NJ. Adhering to regulatory and internal procedures for completion deadlines.
Place holds and account access restrictions on Custodial and Deceased customer’s accounts to ensure appropriate protection of funds. Process requests from other Business units that require deposit account restriction maintenance (escrow, fraud prevention)
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Fiduciary agents regarding Custodial product features, processing preferences and transaction authorities. Obtain executed custodial agreements, master account and sub-account customer information requirements. Reviewing and adhering to established new account / customer set-up standards.
Process on-demand requests for openings, closings, deposits and maintenance of Custodial Accounts. Process and provide monthly custodial statements.
Review and submit reciprocal deposit placements for FDIC insurance coverage into the INTRAFI portal by order deadline, weekly. Affect customer accounts, G/Ls and core system as dictated by account activities. React to renewal notifications prior to maturity for provision of funds.
Perform various quality control / support tasks. (rate exceptions reviews, debit card opt-in verifications, Certificate maintenance / wire transfers directed by Commonwealth of PA, TIN Matching, Deposit Integrity monitoring)
Maintain multiple fields of Commercial Business deposit accounts and customer records with entity information used for profitability. Collaborate with Business units to ensure accuracy and process requests for re-assignments.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Five years of banking experience focused on banking operations
Strong interpersonal skills and communicates clearly and professionally
Demonstrates friendly, positive attitude, self-motivator
Above average organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task with an excellent degree of versatility and flexibility supporting prioritization of assignments
Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite
