Responsibilities You will support the BD & Marketing team in daily operations and project execution, including:
- BD & Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in push notification and banner setup, including coordination with internal teams (e.g. PGC-related workflows)
- Maintain and update internal tracking sheets and operational data
- Support preparation of internal and external materials such as reports, recaps, and presentations
- Partnership & Communication Support
- Support communication with external partners (e.g. agencies, creators, production companies)
- Assist in maintaining and updating partner/target lists
- Help with meeting notes, follow-ups, and coordination tasks
- Campaign & Event Support
- Assist in the execution of online and offline campaigns and events
- Support participant management, attendance tracking, and logistics coordination
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends in the Japan market
- Compile findings and support strategy planning
- Provide basic analysis on campaigns and market data
- Data & Reporting Support
- Assist with data tracking and performance monitoring
- Support KPI tracking and post-campaign reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations
- Interest in the content, entertainment, or live streaming industry
- Familiarity with TikTok or other social media platforms
- Experience in data analysis, research, or event coordination
- Duration: Minimum 3 months preferred
- Availability: At least 3 days per week preferred
