Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional environment.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist Collision Center customers with inquiries and messages.
• Provide administrative support, including filing and clerical tasks.
• Maintain friendly, respectful, and professional interactions with customers and employees.

 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers and assist with check-in and questions regarding tint & mask and paint protection services
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
• Schedule appointments using our system
• Coordinate with sales, service, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records and customer notes
• Assist with basic tasks and front desk organization
