We’re looking for a highly independent, energetic, and experienced barista ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact in a customer-focused environment.
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Must be comfortable managing café independently and without direct supervision.
- 1 year of barista or café experience required.
- Management/ supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to commute to all cafes in Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Parker.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Continuously identify and implement ways to elevate the guest experience during café operations.
- Manage cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Follow proper food safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Receive and inspect product deliveries, verifying quality and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and overall service quality.
