How will I help?
Your role as an E-channels & Admin Support Officer is a key support role within our Technology Unit. You will play an important part in ensuring the effective management of vendor relationships, procurement processes, payments, merchant terminal onboarding, and operational reporting. You will support the Head of Technology and wider Technology team by delivering efficient administrative, vendor, and risk-related support that contributes to the smooth functioning of Technology operations.
What do I need?
You will have strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and
efficiently. You will be comfortable working with systems and documentation, have good attention to detail, and
demonstrate sound communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Ideally, you will also
bring:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
3-7 years of hands-on business analysis experience in financial services or similar complex environments
Experience in vendor management, procurement, payments, or administrative support
Ability to work with systems such as COUPA, Orion Archer, ICBS, Euronet, or similar platforms
Understanding of basic risk, compliance, and governance requirements
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
