Recruitment Consultant – Reed Norwich (Accountancy Division)
Location: 2–4 Queen St, Norwich NR2 4SQ
Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction
Salary: £26,000–£34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
Reed Norwich is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our highest‑performing team. You will take ownership of an established Accountancy desk, specialising in placing part‑qualified accountancy professionals into temporary, contract, and interim roles across Norwich and the surrounding areas.
This is a sales‑focused role where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing, building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Growth
- Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with employers.
Candidate Attraction & Selection
- Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
