Physician - Outpatient Pulmonologist (0.75 FTE)

Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Pulmonary Care team consisting of 2 APPs and 7 staff.

Position Details:

• .75 FTE

• Team: 2 APPs and 7 staff 

• Office Hours: 7a – 4:30p Monday through Friday

Job Duties: 

• .5 FTE to diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary disease in the outpatient clinic, perform bronchoscopies, and APP (2) collaboration / supervision. 

• .25 FTE to provide coverage for pulmonary rehab (plan sign off), read PFTs, and serve as medical director for Respiratory Therapy.

Education/Experience:

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Pulmonary 

Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians

Licensure: Indiana and Ohio Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
