
Project Manager I Install Scheduler
Job Description
PURPOSE Works with client to manage installation projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for scheduling Standale Home Studio flooring installations
Operate inside of FloorZap to handle digital scheduling, working closely with design staff, estimating, and project management team
Communicate directly with client and builder to ensure for all topics regarding their scheduled installation
Responsible for managing work order accuracy, both addressing needs from designers and 1099 installers
Communicate with design team on accurate lead times for proper expectations during pre-sale
Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards
Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data
Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities
