Our sales team is at the heart of our success, building lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions with our construction software. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will open the door to new customer partnerships and play a crucial role in accelerating the digital transformation of an industry that builds our cities, infrastructure, and communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and qualify new business opportunities across the Danish, Nordic and partly Benelux construction sector using outreach like cold calling, email, and other prospecting channels, focusing on the top of the sales funnel to book meetings or demos for Business Development Managers, rather than closing deals themselves

  • Research accounts and understanding project challenges to start meaningful, value-based conversations

  • Arrange meetings (online & on-site) bringing together prospects with our Business Development Managers & Product Specialists.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring a well‑documented and reliable pipeline and collaborate with marketing to execute lead-generation campaigns

  • Stay informed on construction market trends and construction software developments

  • Partner closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and share customer insights



Essential requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a telemarketing role, inbound/ outbound role, inside sales, customer-facing service, sales support or junior sales role. We intentionally welcome adjacent profiles such as Marketing Lead Development Associates, Sales Development Associates, ...

  • Strong interest in the construction industry and willingness to understand customer workflows and industry processes

  • A positive, energetic, and passionate mindset by bringing enthusiasm to every customer interaction, embrace challenges with a can‑do attitude, and love representing RIB with it´s innovative digital construction solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks effectively

  • Comfortable working autonomously while staying connected with a team

  • Ability to understand commercial priorities and translate them into customer value

  • Excellent communication skills in Danish (Level C2) & English (min. Level C1)

 

Advantegous:

  • Previous experience working in SaaS environments or with construction‑related software solutions

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools, including maintaining accurate customer and pipeline data

  • Additional Nordic language skills beyond Danish and English
