Position: Technical Product Owner
Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years
Location - Nashik/Pune, India
Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments
• Experience working with mobile application development teams Preferred
• Exposure to technical product ownership and collaborating with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Hands‑on experience leading requirements discovery, refinement, and backlog prioritisation
• Stakeholder management experience across business, product, and technology teams
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in mobile apps and enthusiasm for exploring AI-driven solutions is a strong advantage
Required Skill Set
• Strong expertise in business analysis and product ownership, including requirement elicitation, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
• Technical understanding of mobile application development, platforms, and delivery lifecycles
• Understanding of APIs, backend integrations, and system dependencies
• Ability to translate business requirements into stories, including non‑functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
• Experience managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Knowledge of and ability to leverage iOS and Android platform capabilities, including native features (rich push notifications, app shortcuts, deep OS integration), background tasks, automation, and device-level integrations (sensors, geofencing, NFC, Bluetooth).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models

• Strong prioritization skills balancing business value, roadmap and dependencies

Responsibilities
• Own and manage the mobile product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and readiness
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture and refine product requirements
• Collaborate with mobile architects, engineering teams, design and other teams as and when required
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and non‑functional requirements
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery teams on scope and priority questions
• Support release planning, dependency management, and stakeholder communication
• Continuously refine backlog based on feedback, metrics, and evolving priorities
• Collaborate closely with other Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure alignment on vision, roadmap, and dependencies
