Kids Club Coordinator- Middletown YMCA Family Location

The Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising Kids' Club programming. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs through providing direct support to program staff and implementing program activities within established guidelines. The Youth Development Coordinator will be responsible for the providing of daily care for children including supporting social/emotional needs. Flexible Scheduling: This position offers a flexible schedule with shifts occurring between morning and afternoon hours, seven (7) days per week. Specific schedules will be determined based on program needs and employee availability.
