Youth Development Director- Seasonal for Camp (June thru Aug.) Dover YMCA Family Location

The Seasonal YD Director manages the overall program ensuring a comprehensive, high-quality engaging program is offered while addressing the individual needs of the participants, managing all associated risks inherent in the program, including the scheduling of the staff while always maintaining a safe environment for all participants. The Seasonal YD Director will support the YMCA character traits of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. This is a seasonal position that may require working evenings, weekends, and extended hours depending on program needs.
