A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
Enablement Delivery

- Build and maintain quarterly enablement plans aligned to business priorities — tracking adoption, feedback, and impact.
- Co-create learning journeys that are practical, embedded in daily workflows, and reinforced through managers.
Coaching & Manager Development
- Act as a coach-the-coach leader — equipping frontline managers with the skills and confidence to develop their teams.
- Run interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions that drive real behavior change.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through initiatives like coaching office hours, peer learning, and best practice sharing.
Technology & Innovation

- Integrate technology into seller and manager workflows to scale learning and reinforce skills in the flow of work.
- Stay ahead of trends in sales tech and AI — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Global Enablement to ensure programs are aligned and impactful.
- Engage proactively with reps, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into action.
- Use data and performance insights to identify gaps, measure impact, and continuously improve.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales enablement, coaching, or sales management.
- Tech-savvy mindset — you're curious about AI, digital coaching tools, and how technology can accelerate learning.
- Strong project and program management skills — you can own initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to influence and partner with sales leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you make complex things simple and engaging.
- Data-driven approach — comfortable using dashboards and analytics to drive decisions.
What good looks like
- Sellers and managers see you as their go-to enablement partner.
- Programs are adopted, embedded, and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Frontline managers are actively coaching — because you enable them to.
- Sales tools and AI solutions are embraced, not ignored.
- You bring energy, ideas, and structure — and people notice the difference.
