Director, Financial Performance – Individual Health Insurance Markets (Hybrid Detroit)

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic finance professional who wants to influence real business outcomes in the health insurance industry. As the primary finance partner to the VP of Individual Markets at COBX, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, you’ll help shape strategy, guide investment decisions and drive financial performance for a complex and heavily regulated individual health insurance portfolio governed by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). You’ll work closely with senior leaders across product, actuarial and operations, turning complex data into insights that directly impact growth, affordability and member experience.
