PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Breaching Operations (SPM&E)

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance Type: Top Secret

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist APM SPM&E in development and acquisition of kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and equipment to counter WMD.
• Support breaching capabilities that enable SOF mission planning and the F3EAD cycle.
• Assist in preparation of SOOs, SOWs, APBs, SAMPs, legal reviews, and acquisition and contract strategies.
• Assist in specification development, cost/resource identification, T&E requirements and plans, and life-cycle support.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years in kinetic or mechanical breaching or explosives operations, including 3–5+ years supporting complex target defeat or WMD-related breaching.
• Strong understanding of breaching tools, techniques, and mission integration.
• Experience supporting acquisition documentation for breaching or similar capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Explosives technology, or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior SOF breaching or WMD-focused breaching experience.
