PWS Title: Project Manager

Location: San Diego 

Clearance Type: Secret

This is a Part Time Position 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters
• Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring contract deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Supervise all instructor staff and ensure compliance with government and safety regulations
• Act as the contractor’s representative between 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. PDT, Monday through Friday
• Designate and coordinate with an alternate who can fulfill managerial duties during absences
• Provide regular status updates and reports to the Contracting Officer.

Required Qualifications:

• Four (4) years documented small boat experience in a maritime environment
• Five (5) years of experience in contract management
