Responsibilities:
- Check supply levels in storage closets. Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to the manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies.
- Clean assigned areas using designated checklists. Ensure that the cleanliness and condition of each area meet established standards.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager.
- Monitor and handle residents’ complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction.
- Respond to all radio/cell calls promptly.
- Document pertinent information in the department logbook.
- Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving, and check with the manager prior to leaving.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely.
• Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks.
• Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors).
• Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required.

Pay and Benefits:
$18.00/hour to $24.00/hour, depending on education and experience.
