About the role:
As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare, you can bring your expertise to our supportive, multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. Each day will offer the opportunity to:

About You
Have a current AHPRA registration
You’re ready for a fresh start to become part of a regional community
Bring compassion, empathy and a strong desire to make a difference
Leadership experience in a care team is valued but not mandatory
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork, and standard of care
Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
