About the role
Growth & Foresight Manager is a critical role on the CBIA Strategic Growth Team.
You will report to Strategic Growth Director, and responsible for uncovering and interpreting market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends to fuel Haleon’s long-term growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and contribute to the strategic direction and future success of Haleon.
Role Responsibilities
Support the Strategic Growth Director in identifying global insight priorities for Strategic and Consumer growth intelligence
Proactively monitor and identify emerging consumer trends, market shifts, and competitive trends globally. Develop plausible future scenarios, explore potential disruptions and help to articulate the ‘what ifs’ and their implications.
Define and execute rigorous pilot methods & analytical approaches, leveraging learning and scaling pilots where appropriate, generating data points for future investment models
Lead ad hoc projects, including managing day-to-day interactions with external service providers of strategic market intelligence for data, analysis and reporting, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectation
Conduct in-depth analysis and translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives
Be the business partner for Global Category and Strategy, educate cross-functional teams on signals that could shape future demand, fostering a future-oriented mindset across organisation
Proactively collect feedback from cross-Functional on insights provided, ensuring an iterative process to make sure all insights are relevant and trusted
Examples of projects where the Growth & Foresight Manager will support the Strategic Growth Director: Reach & Access, H4G, BMC tiering, white space scoping, ad-hoc analysis on specific strategic area...
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings into actionable recommendations with business value attached to them
Experience in trend analysis, market intelligence, strategic foresight, or predictive analytics
Deep understanding of how to gather, interpret, and leverage market data, consumer insights, and behavioural economics to predict future demand
Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Prior experience in Consumer Health or FMCG, with a focus on brand or innovation analytics
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and influence, diverse teams across different functions and geographies, fostering a shared understanding of future opportunities
A natural curiosity about future growth trends and their strategic implications
This position is a grade: 7
