Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data to create effective sales and marketing strategies for the container depot industry.
- Communicate with customers to address their needs, provide service details, and offer solutions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as ads and brochures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead sales efforts for logistics services, particularly in container depot operations.
- Promote the company’s services to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and service terms with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market growth.
- Report regularly to management on sales performance, marketing activities, and business development progress.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to meet goals.
- Manage the department budget and allocate resources efficiently.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Strong leadership skills, good communication, and networking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
