Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare merchant settlement & redemption report.
2. Support other internal projects, reports, matters.
3. Report day to day property/services activities.
General Responsibilities
1. Active English communication
2. Verify crew documents (certificates complete & valid) and ensure all respective approvals from direct user are in order including Security clearance
3. Verify the data in company crewing system is updated for all important items like passport, seaman book, COC, COE, COP, Next of kind (all detail information about crew)
4. Ensure pre-approval of agency offers regarding costs incurred for crew
5. Follow up on the pre-joining, Plan & organize pre-joining briefing with office staff.
6. Ensure the arrangement to agent for the crew change
7. Prepare complete document departing crew (crew transport, mutation, Passport, Seaman books, Medical Report, etc)
8. Coordinate with payroll department and make mutation on-off crew
9. Coordinate with manager/section head of Rotation crew planner
10. Maintain vessel monthly reports & ensuring all sign off crew appraisal are uploaded in the Company crewing system after respective review
