Job Description
The Chemistry Department at Rockhurst University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate laboratory sections for the following courses:
- General Chemistry I and II
- Principles of General Chemistry
- Organic Chemistry I and II
Applicants must have at least a master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical education, or a closely related discipline, or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in chemistry or a closely related field. A Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field is preferred. Prior college teaching experience is also preferred. This position is an in-person, part-time role.
