Job Description:
Arranging all the departmental or any related meetings involving Head, Processing Technology
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of Head, PT
Assist in preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Assist in budget finance preparation and reports
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Handling P&C matters
Organising all OHI activities within Processing Technology Department or for R&D, Carey Island together with HR
Liaising with HR-Admin on building maintenance at Chemara Research Station
To Carry out all task directed by Head, Processing Technology
