The Lead Licensed Stationary Engineer will oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems and central plant equipment. This role provides technical leadership, hands-on maintenance, and supervision of engineering staff while ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey Red Seal Stationary Engineer license (or NJ State–issued equivalent) and has a strong background in mechanical and utility systems.
