The person in this role will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers. They will handle reception, manage incoming communications and provide support for basic administrative tasks, helping to ensure a professional and well‑organised company image.
What you’ll do:
Welcome clients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Manage the telephone switchboard (incoming and outgoing calls).
Sort emails and correspondence.
Organise appointments and meeting rooms.
Support administrative activities (filing documents, data entry, etc...).
Coordinate with other departments for operational needs.
Manage suppliers and general services (couriers, maintenance, etc...).
Control access and assign guest and client badges.
Handle security: arming and disarming alarms.
What you’ll bring:
Accuracy, organization skills, and ability to multitask.
Previous experience in the role or in a public-facing position.
Ability to communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally, in person, by phone, and by email.
Ability to handle unexpected situations (delays, errors, urgent requests) by finding quick, effective solutions.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
