Your role
The Social Media Communication Senior Specialist is responsible for defining, coordinating, and overseeing the overall Region social media ecosystem, ensuring full alignment with the company’s positioning and corporate communication strategy. The role manages and supervises the external social media agency, guaranteeing high-quality execution and performance delivery.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement the corporate social media strategy for the Flutter SEA region in line with the overall communication plan, ensuring its positioning and reputation.
Define editorial guidelines and content structures consistent with brand identity and tone of voice.
Lead and supervise the external social media agency, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and expected results. Review and approve editorial plans, content calendars, and creative proposals.
Manage budget allocation in coordination with the Head of Corporate Communications.
Define and monitor KPIs related to organic and advertising performance, manage periodic performance reports to share with your manager and the department.
Monitor online conversations and proactively identify reputational risks, collaborating with communications teams in the event of social media crises.
Stay up to date on digital trends, emerging formats, and industry best practices, proposing innovative initiatives to improve engagement on different social channels and evaluating new platforms and digital opportunities for corporate visibility.
What you’ll bring:
Professional experience in a specific area/function with exposure to complex or international environments.
Proven experience in managing or supporting end-to-end processes/activities/operations.
Proven ability to manage external agencies.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid understanding of brand reputation management and crisis communication.
Strong strategic orientation combined with practical operational skills.
Advanced writing, analytical, and reporting skills.
